Program
The aim of the event is to show the multicultural tastes and perfumes that accompany the traveler when he meets the variety of peoples and culinary traditions typical of the areas studied within the workshop. For the trip through the Balkans the guide will be the musicians.
Guests with their BALKAN STORIES: Barbara Zanoni (voice), Igor Niego (gajde, kaval, def, tarabuka), Aleksandar Sasha Karlic (voice, ud, tambura, tapan). With traditional music, which is a sort of archeology of memory, they will dig up the complexity of sonorities and the countless stratifications that the spirit of the oral culture of this territory and its inhabitants is made of. Timeless melodies talking about feelings and human drive, music of celebration, love, magic, that will take the audience closer to a better understanding of the relationship between East and West.
