East View

Description: East View is a website which provides news and information about Russia and the former Soviet Union giving access to dozens of online full-text publications coming from Russia and some other countries of the region. Russian and Eurasian Databases are particularly interesting for researchers focussed on the region. Together with Russian central and regional newspapers, these datatbases offer access to Russian military and security periodicals, as well as publications from the Baltic countries, the Caucasus and Central Asia.

Description: active since the beginning of 2010, the website contains materials and proceedings of virtual conferences organized by the Language Center CLIRO of the University of Bologna (Italy), together with the MESI Yerevan Branch (Armenia), the Middlebury College (USA), the Ural Federal University (Russia), the Konstantin the Philosopher University in Nitra (Slovak Republic), and the College of European and Regional Studies (Czech Republic).
Archive: the conference proceedings are freely available in electronic format. The website will also include the materials of the volume of all proceedings (to be published).
