Founded in 1990 the Internal Macedonian Revolutionary Organization – Democratic Party for Macedonian National Unity is a centre-right party. The party advocates the entry of Macedonia in NATO and EU and currently controls the majority of the seats in the parliament. The party is also an observer member of the European People’s Party.
