Period: Saturday 8 - Sunday 9 April 2017

The two-day intensive seminar offers a stimulating lecture programme in Russian, aimed at teachers, translators and interpreters of Russian, final-year undergraduates and graduates of Russian, and all those with an advanced-level comprehension of spoken Russian and an interest in contemporary Russia.

Lecturers

The lecture programme has two parallel streams:

  • Russian language and linguistics: led by Tatiana Piotrovskaya
  • Russian literary and cultural scene: led by Vadim Levental

She has also previously taught Russian as a Foreign Language at the university. Tatiana's publications include Standard Versions of Written Exercises in Foreign Languages: Teaching Aid (2004).
