The Commonwealth of Independent States 20 Years after the Dissolution of the Soviet Union

On February 27, 2012, the Department of International Studies, University of Milan, hosted a conference titled “The Commonwealth of Independent States 20 Years After the Dissolution of the Soviet Union”. The main topic of the conference was the political evolution Commonwealth of Independent States (CSI) and its current role in the international arena. The relations between individual members of the CSI and neighbouring countries, the EU and China were particularly analysed.
