Development and Education Centre EUROPEAN PERSPECTIVE (D.E.C.E.P.) is a Greek non- governmental and autonomous organisation, active in the field of international development cooperation. Its offices are located in Athens.
EUROPEAN PERSPECTIVE plans and implements integrated activities with the purpose to encourage sustainable development, provide humanitarian and emergency assistance, promote the protection of human rights and promote also the constitution of democratic institutions in the developing countries of Central and Eastern Europe, Ex-Soviet Union, Latin America, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
